It is our great pleasure to cordially invite you to the 2024 IEEE International Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems (ISICAS 2024). ISICAS 2024 will be held on October 18-19, 2024 in New Delhi, India. New Delhi is the capital of India. Delhi is a city where ancient and modern blend seamlessly together.

The paper submissions for ISICAS 2024 must describe integrated circuit and system implementations with experimental results. All accepted papers will be published in special issues of TCAS-I, TCAS-II, TBioCAS and OJCAS. Extended versions of recent conference papers already published with significant additional material are welcome. Researchers, engineers, and students from industry, universities, and government agencies are invited to present their latest work and to discuss integrated circuit and system implementations for many applications. All participants will be sure to have a meaningful experience with industry people and scholars from all over the world.
