Elevating WiCAS & YPCAS to Next Level of Professional Growth
In the rapidly evolving field of circuits and systems, diversity of genders & experience and inclusion are crucial for driving innovation and addressing complex cViceroyenges. Women remain underrepresented in this domain, and there is a pressing need to create pathways that encourage their participation and success. On the same lines, young professionals struggle to find their path forward in the professional world. This initiative aims to empower women & young professionals in circuits and systems through establishing a mentorship program.

A. WiCAS Panel Discussion
An intensive WiCAS-YPCAS panel discussion on the topic “Elevating WiCAS & YPCAS to Next Level of Professional Growth”

B. WiCAS-YPCAS Networking Tea/Coffee Session
The WiCAS-YPCAS forum will have a WiCAS-YPCAS Networking session along with tea/coffee/juices and snacks. This will be the ice-breaking informal session involving a meet and greet to know and network with diverse global participants.

C. WiCAS-YPCAS Forum Talks
After the networking session, a session titled “Diversity and Inclusion in Circuits and Systems for Emerging Technologies” will be held. Motivating and inspiring talks will be delivered by role models, forming the basis for Mentor-Mentee Matching.

D. WiCAS-YPCAS Networking Lunch Session
Following the talks and Q&A sessions, a networking lunch will be organized to strengthen the bond between leaders and WiCAS-YPCAS participants, connecting mentors and mentees.

E. Regular Mentorship Sessions
Separate 1-on-1 meeting sessions will be facilitated for WiCAS-YPCAS forum participants, based on prior bookings.

F. Closure & Goodbye Photoshoot
The day will close with a photoshoot session and tea/coffee to mark the end of the grand event.
