We warmly welcome international participants to the ISICAS-2024 Conference! To assist you in preparing for your visit, we’ve compiled essential visa information. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth application process. A letter from ISICAS-2024 confirming your participation, including details of the event and its relevance to your visit, will be provided upon request after registration.
Depending on your nationality, you may need a visa to enter the host country (India). We encourage you to check the specific visa requirements for your country by visiting the official Indian government visa website or contacting your local Indian embassy or consulate.
- Countries with Visa Exemption: Certain countries may be eligible for visa-free travel to India or have a Visa on Arrival agreement. Please check the eligibility before making travel plans.
- E-Visa Availability: India offers an e-Visa service for nationals from over 160 countries. This can be applied for online and is typically processed quickly.
Ensure that your visa is valid for the entire duration of your stay in India, including additional travel time if you plan on extending your visit.

Guidelines for security/event clearance of Ministry of Home Affairs
- (A). Events involving participants from the Prior Reference category(PRC) countries i.e, Afghanistan, Iraq,Sudan, foreigners of Pakistani Origin, and stateless Persons.
- (B). Events where participants are required to visit "Restricted" or "Protected" areas in India,or the areas affected by terrarism, militancy and exterism etc. viz. Jammu & Kashmir and the North Eastern states(Other than the States of manipur,Mizoram and Nagaland).
